Not All Investment Representatives Are Alike

  1. Does your Investment Representative have a qualified staff in place to serve you and manage your accounts?
  2. Does your Investment Representative limit the number of clients they accept in order to have the time and resources needed to provide present clients with exceptional service?
  3. If your Investment Representative charges commissions for the investments they put your money in, do they disclose the commission amount paid to the firm and explain how any surrender charges work?
  4. Does your Investment Representative handle many different types of investments with various companies that are NOT affiliated with each other as opposed to selling the same thing to every client regardless of their particular situation?
  5. Does your Investment Representative call YOU (not you call them) for an account review once a year at minimum or quarterly or semi-annually depending on your individual investment portfolio needs?
  6. Does your Investment Representative offer frequent educational workshops on the future of the markets and different investments available in the marketplace for diversification?
  7. Is your present Investment Representative affiliated with an independent broker/dealer rather than having a corporate giant over them telling them what to sell?
  8. Is your Investment Representative committed to excellence in technology; including a disaster plan in the event of an emergency or natural disaster?
  9. When your Representative is out of the office are there other licensed team members in place to manage the accounts, execute necessary trades and to assist you when there is a need?
  10. Will your Investment Professional work on a fee basis, so that their compensation is tied to how well you do, not tied to what they sell you?
  11. Does your Investment Representative demonstrate the stability of the company through owning their own office building?
  12. Has your Investment Representative lived in the same town and been in the same industry with the same clients for over 20 years?

If your Investment Representative cannot say “yes” to all of these questions, maybe it’s time for you to consider changing to one who can.  We believe it’s important that every investor receive the absolute best service possible.  That’s why one of our goals here at Christian Investment Services Wealth Management Group is to provide Kingdom Class service.
